Resiliency against runtime errors, either through software bugs or hardware failures, is an essential component for any long-running scientific application. Kokkos Resilience is an experimental framework for adding resiliency to existing Kokkos codes. In this Kokkos Tea Time talk, I will provide an overview of Kokkos Resilience, including its capabilities for automating and tracking data structures for checkpoint/restart and detecting silent data corruption. I will also talk about future directions, including closer integration with Kokkos Tools and fault-tolerant MPI.
